This is your annual opportunity to review your benefits and make any updates you need.

Fisher Investments Europe will continue to pay 100% of the medical, dental and health assessment premiums for you and your qualified dependants!*

*As the medical, dental and spousal health assessment premiums are recognised as a “benefit-in-kind”, you will be responsible for paying the respective taxes on these costs.


Benefits Update (2026):
  • Bupa Private Medical Insurance (PMI) rates have increased by 5%
  • Bupa Health Assessments by 7%
  • Crispin Speers Travel Insurance by 5%
  • Unum Dental by 15%

These increases are competitive in comparison to the market average.

2026 Open Enrolment Checklist

During Open Enrolment, you can review and make changes to your benefits for the coming year. Use this checklist to ensure you have covered everything:

  • Review your current benefit elections in Workday. Click here for instructions.
  • Review the new rates on MyFIRewards.com.
  • Consider changes you and your family may need in 2026.
  • Add or remove dependants from your coverage, if needed.
  • If you would like to purchase additional days of annual leave for 2026, you must elect these in your Open Enrolment event via Workday. Important: This election will not roll over from 2025.
  • If you would like to attend the upcoming benefits fair and our "Bupa Connected Care: from health assessment to treatment" presentation, refer to the ‘Open Enrolment is coming!’ email and copy the attachments to your calendar.


Open Enrolment FAQ

  • All employees are eligible to enrol in Fisher benefits. You may also enrol family members for benefits if they are: your legal spouse/civil partner*, or dependant children.**

    *A copy of your marriage certificate is required.
    **Please speak with the Benefits Team for questions on age caps relating to child dependants. These can differ from benefit to benefit

  • If you don’t want to make any changes, your current elections will roll over to next year (with the exception of the Annual Leave Purchase Plan) so no action is required.

  • All Open Enrolment changes are made in Workday. Go to your Workday inbox and look for the Open Enrolment notification. For instructions on completing these changes, click here.
