How to Enrol in Benefits

If you have recently joined Fisher Investments Europe and need to enrol in benefits for the first time, log on to your Workday account. From the main page of the Workday site, select Inbox and then launch your New Hire Enrolment event. Then follow the new hire enrolment instructions to make your benefit choices and enrol dependants (if applicable).

Note: The Workday site is only accessible on Fisher systems.

Outside of your initial enrolment period, the other times you can make changes to your benefit elections are during Open Enrolment or within 30 days of a life-changing event. If you’ve recently gotten married, had a baby or experienced another life change, you may be able to update your benefit coverage mid-year. However, you must meet certain requirements. To make a mid-year change, submit your change in Workday.


Who's Eligible to Enrol?

Regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the core and voluntary benefit programmes.

You may also enrol family members for benefits if they are: your legal spouse*, civil partner* or dependant children up to the age of 24 (Unum) and 25 (Bupa).

*A copy of your marriage certificate or civil partnership certificate is required.
