Pension

Take advantage of our generous supplemental retirement contributions, including an automatic 4% contribution of base pay up to the Social Security Ceiling and a 12% contribution above the ceiling, plus a 50% company match on all personal contributions!

1 Supplemental premiums and company subsidies (e.g. membership to the plans) are paid for by the Company on behalf of the employee are considered benefits-in-kind and therefore taxable to the employee. A qualified dependant is defined as a legal spouse, registered domestic partner, and/or children up to the age of 25.

2 Employees residing outside of the U.S. will be eligible for the $10,000 equivalent in their local currency.

3 Employees pay tax on the Company subsidy as this is treated as a benefit-in-kind.

4 Purchased days are based on your annual basic salary during the enrolment period. The value will be deducted in equal monthly instalments throughout the tax year.
