1 Supplemental premiums (e.g., membership to the plans) and subsidies paid for by the Company on behalf of the employee are considered benefits-in-kind and are therefore taxable to the employee. A qualified dependant is defined as a legal spouse, legal civil partner, and/or child.
2 Employees residing outside of the U.S. will be eligible for the $10,000 equivalent in their local currency.
3 Reimbursements are taxable and your tax liability should be considered before submitting a reimbursement. Services may vary by geography and local rules and regulations.
4 Increases to 30 days with 5 years of service.
5 Purchased days are based on your annual basic salary during the enrolment period. The value will be deducted in equal monthly instalments throughout the tax year.
