100% of healthcare premiums are covered for employees and their eligible dependants.
Retirement Plan
Fisher Investments Luxembourg contributes 4% of your base pay up to the Social Security ceiling and 12% for base pay income over the ceiling. To take your savings further, Fisher will match your personal contributions up to €600.
Annual Leave
We believe in giving our employees the time they need for their personal lives, which is why we offer eligible employees up to 28 days of leave on an annual basis, increasing to 30 days with 5 years of service.
