Milestones

Our Milestone awards express gratitude to individuals for their years of service and the long-term contributions they've made to the Fisher organisation. On key anniversaries, employees are recognised with additional annual leave accruals, certificates, a virtual celebration and rewards points* which can be redeemed for a gift of their choosing from Stellar*, our recognition platform.

Team Engagement Activities

C.O.R.E. (Celebrating Our Remarkable Employees) Awards are presented annually to individuals who embody our Vision and Values and have made exceptional contributions to the organisation.
