2026 Open Enrolment Checklist
During Open Enrolment, you can review and make changes to your benefits for the coming year. Use this checklist to ensure you have covered everything:
- Review your current benefit elections in Workday. Click here for instructions.
- Review the new rates on MyFIRewards.com.
- Consider changes in your life and what you and your family may need in 2026.
- Add or remove dependants from your coverage, if needed.
- If you would like to purchase additional days of annual leave for 2026, you must elect these in your Open Enrolment event via Workday. Important: This election will not roll over from 2025. Click here for instructions.
- Check the Benefits Fair event schedule to discover when your local fair is taking place and the upcoming presentations.

All employees are eligible to enrol in Fisher benefits. You may also enrol family members for benefits if they are: your legal spouse/civil partner*, or dependant children.**
*A copy of your marriage certificate is required.
**Please speak with the Benefits Team for questions on age caps relating to child dependants. These can differ from benefit to benefit. -
If you donβt want to make any changes, your current elections will roll over to next year (with the exception of the annual leave purchase plan) so no action is required.

All Open Enrolment changes are made in Workday. Go to your Workday inbox and look for the Open Enrolment notification. For instructions on completing these changes, click here.

Use the event schedule to see the date for your country specific fair and presentations happening during Open Enrolment. Register for the events through the ‘Open Enrolment is coming!’ email sent to you from ~Total Rewards.
