Eligible employees can access a library of educational resources, expert care specialists and a $10,000* lifetime financial benefit to use towards:
- Understanding fertility health
- Egg, Sperm and Embryo Preservation
- Assisted reproduction (e.g. in-vitro fertilization and intrauterine insemination)

Parental Leave
To support you as you welcome a new child into your family, Fisher Investments Ireland offers several time-off policies related to the birth or adoption of a child. These policies include an enhanced Maternity Leave benefit, Paternity Leave, Adoptive Leave, Parental Leave and Parents' Leave.

Back-up Child, Adult & Elder Care
It can be difficult and often stressful to find last-minute care. To help support you and your family, Fisher offers employees up to 10 days of back-up childcare or adult/elder care annually through Bright Horizons. You will have access to reliable, high-quality options for care with affordable copays and you can request same-day care or can schedule this up to 30 days in advance. Even better…you won’t have to pay the Benefit-In-Kind tax as Fisher will be absorbing that, too!
How to register:
- Access our Bright Horizons Back-Up Care portal and then click on “Family Solutions.”
- In the Reserve Back-Up Care box, click “Use it” and you will be taken to a login page.
- Click “Sign Up” in the top right-hand corner of the page to register your account.
Copays:
- In-home care: €6 per hour (4-hour minimum)*
- Centre-based care: €15 per day for one child or €25 per day for families with more than one child
*Up to 3 children per copay for in-home care.
